I took Diego's FatCrunch Abs Workout on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I started the workout in February. While it was challenging I began seeing results after 3 weeks of the class. Diego's class filled up quickly with people coming in to put mats down 30 minutes prior to class to guarantee their space. Just as we got use to a greuling routine, he would change it, but always with a great sense of humor and commitment to us. Each class was always filled up with regulars and new comers as they could fit in. I lost inches and much flab as I eagerly looked forward to classes on Tuesday and Thursdays. One more important item. I live in Vallejo and would come out twice a week to do Diego's abs workout. It was well worth the commute!
He is a great trainer, excellent program and made very good use of the time we were there with a warm up, vigorous workout and cool down. This class was not for the shy and timid. If you want a good abs workout, take Diego's class, you'll be glad you did. -- Nancy
