CrossFit

You'll sweat, be sore, feel exhausted, and ask: you want me to do what? But... you will GET RESULTS!
Do you dare...?

CrossFit is one of the most efficient ways of training for all around fitness available. Their motto: "specialize in not specializing" says it all. CrossFit doesn't look to make anyone 100% proficient in a single fitness component, at the expense of all the other ones, but rather make you very competent at all of them at the same time.

CrossFit defines fitness as:"Increase work capacity across broad time and modal domains."

What does this mean is: that one shouldn't train for speed OR power OR endurance OR... Fitness training should enable a person to be able to carry out day-to-day activities with ease. Whatever those activities may be. You might need to pick a bag of groceries up from the floor. Lift a box full of books to a shelf high up, play a round of golf or 90 minutes of soccer; may be even chase someone down the street. All these activities are very different from each other and require different athletic or fitness components.

For that, my sessions integrate training that address 10 key components of fitness:

1. Cardio respiratory endurance

2. Stamina

3. Strength

4. Flexibility

Natural

5. Power

6. Speed

Hardware

7. Coordination

8. Accuracy

9. Agility

10. Balance

Neurological

Through CrossFit, we'll build a"functional"body that's strong, flexible, balanced and powerful without bulky muscles or endless sets and repetitions.

Once you try CrossFit you won't want to train any other way!
