All sessions are conducted at The Working Body unless otherwise noted and/or arranged with the client.

Personal training fees (one-on-one):

Once a week or more: $80 per session

Twice a month: $90 per session

Once a month or less: $100 per session

Half hour ABS session: $40 per session

One hour and a half sessions (weight and/or cardiovascular training): $120 per session

Once a week or more: $140 per session

Twice a month: $160 per session

Once a month or less: $180 per session

One hour and a half sessions (weight and/or cardiovascular training): $220 per session


NEW! TRX Suspension Training (one-on-one):

Half hour session: $40 per session

One hour session: $80 per session (1/2 hr TRX training - 1/2 hr ABS training)
