What's TRX Suspension Training®?
The TRX Suspension Trainer® is a simple, yet powerful fitness training devise that allows you to use your own body weight as the resistance to perform multiple exercises and combinations for an unmatched full body workout.

The TRX system was invented by Randy Hetrick, a former Navy SEAL, as a way to be able to keep in shape while deploying with his SEAL team around the world.

Endless combinations:
Because its use of vector resistance, lever systems and pendulum principle the TRX Suspension Trainer® allows for movements and exercise combinations that wouldn't be possible with traditional dumbbells/barbells and weight training machines commonly found in most gyms. Stronger core:
When we weight train, run or just move about our daily routines, all movement originates from the core on outward. So having a strong core is not just a must for looking good at the beach, but a must for improved sport performance, injury prevention and safe and efficient daily life activities. When we train with the TRX system we are constantly moving and changing our center of balance and gravity. This forces our core (i.e.: abdominal muscles) to constantly engage to support, coordinate and move our bodies across multiplanar (i.e.: frontal, sagittal and transverse) ranges of motion, thus providing a strong core stimulation thus stronger core structure.
